Gaspode’s childhood was one of loss. His parents died when he was just 3 years old and he was raised by his brother and sister. He is not as clever as Dr Newton, nor as good looking as Esme. He can however get through the first 20 levels of Doom without a scratch since he spends his days playing the Playstation that Dr Newton bough him for his 16th birthday.  Rumours abound that he has a Horlicks problem bought on by the break down of the television set and the delay in getting a replacement.
